Having lead record-breaking national sales and marketing teams in a PLC, I understand the power of successful engagement strategies and the component parts needed to drive performance. The perspective I bring is one which challenges the plan and intention vs the lived colleague reality, focussing the conversation on what we should avoid doing which harms engagement, as well as what what we could start doing.
